Patriot Awards are funded by Points for Patriots fundraisers via the Patriot Fellowship.

Merit-based financial awards of $200 Amazon gift cards are granted on an annual basis to 5-10 high-achieving students in a military family for their books, supplies, and fees for the coming school year. Fill out this application if you meet our criteria:

  • Applicants must be a K-12 student.

  • Applicants must fill out the Google Form below, including an essay in 250 words or less answering: why is it important to help other people in need and how can I help my community?
